Tour available homes, take a look at our Common House, visit the farm, and perhaps hike along the Nubanusit River or see our one of a kind wood pellet boiler plant.

Our homes feature a first floor open-concept living area with mudroom entry, half bath & laundry. Depending on the home type you will find the master bedroom with full bath on the first or second floor, and children’s bedroom(s) on the second floor. Full basement, and attic or third floor; front porch and attached storage shed. Hardwood & tile floors.

Learn about the neighborhood’s green technologies, which include a central pellet-fired heat plant, highly-insulated building envelopes, photovoltaic solar arrays and high-performance materials chosen for durability and longevity.
