Nubanusit Neighborhood & Farm wins Plan NH Award

Each year, Plan NH selects projects for “excellence in sustainable planning, design and development of the built environment.”

In recognizing Nubanusit, the judges noted that this “outstanding project is an innovative planned community approach to living… it incorporates all eight of the NH Smart Growth principles including fostering neighborhood scale and community life.”

Present to receive the award at Plan NH’s annual spring gathering were Richard Pendleton, representing Nubi River Partners and a community resident, O’Neil Pennoyer Architects, and Bruss Construction.
